Taylor is the owner and operator of Howell Homes Team. Taylor has over 7 years of experience in the real estate industry and is passionate about providing excellent service for buyers, sellers, and investors. Because of her passion and experience, she decided to start the Howell Homes Team so that she can personally ensure a great experience for all of her clients.
Taylor began her real estate journey in new construction where she helped hundreds of buyers build their dream homes. With the overwhelming business she attracted, she moved into general real estate to be able to serve a wider range of her clients needs.
She is a careful listener, a hard worker, and a very detail oriented individual who professionally advocates for all of those around her. Howell Homes Team and Taylor look forward to exceeding all of your real estate expectations.
Abbie Gardner
As a local to the Triad, Abbie joined Howell Homes Team with over four years of administrative experience in real estate. She began her career in Charlotte, NC as an assistant operations manager for a large real estate company where she learned her love for helping agents achieve their dreams of becoming successful business owners and thrive in real estate. Abbie found her way back home to Greensboro to continue her journey but this time in assisting Taylor in helping her clients find their forever homes and sell their homes.
As the Director of Operations for Howell Homes Team, her goal is to make the transaction effortless and fun for all by offering care support in contract-to-close, marketing, scheduling and notary services.
Lizzie Cates
As a Triad native, Lizzie has been an active member of this community for many years and is so excited to be turning her community focus towards real estate. Over the years, Lizzie has seen Greensboro and the surrounding areas grow into a place that is full of life and has fallen in love with all of the possibilities the area has to offer. In her free time, you can find Lizze spending time with family by the lake, catching up with friends at local breweries, or hiking local trails with her two dogs. Her intimate knowledge of the area and her experiences of growing up in the Triad gives her enthusiasm and a desire to make her home - your home.
Lizzie believes that your home is your safe space and that it is more than just a place to live, it is a place where you make long-lasting memories. “I understand that selling and/or buying a home is complex and deeply personal, the responsibility I feel towards my clients to make the process as seamless as possible is what drives me,” says Lizzie. She has a true passion for helping and connecting people and with an extensive background in marketing and customer service, she is ready to work hard and do whatever it takes to find you the home of your dreams.
Cameron Mathis
Born and raised in Browns Summit, Cameron is a dedicated member of his community. His deep-rooted connection to the area is the driving force behind his passion for helping others find their forever homes. Cameron's journey in the real estate industry began in 2021, marking the start of an exciting chapter in his life. With his keen eye for detail, unwavering commitment to his clients, and an innate understanding of the local housing landscape, Cameron has earned a reputation for delivering outstanding service. Beyond his real estate career, you can find Cameron in the nearby fishing spots that the Triad offers and when the season is right, you can often find him out in the field indulging in his love for duck hunting. However, Cameron’s greatest joy is spending quality time with his son, Jacob. Cameron’s commitment to family values is reflected in his approach to helping families and friends buy, sell, and invest in real estate.
